2017 Audi Supercar Concept

A project that was never really meant to ever be completed, I just wanted to try making some rough shapes of random concepts I had sketched out in 3DS Max. Eventually I struck on a shape I really liked, and kept extruding and cutting shapes out of it for a desired effect. What was supposed to be a throw away turned into a project I worked on and off on for a multitude of weeks working on it little by little to get the details I wanted out of it until you see what it is now in its electric blue paint with metallic black accents and irresistibly I put a Michigan license plate on it.

The design takes from many various models in production. It takes after the shape of the McLaren P1 in terms of height and length. A lot of the body lines take inspiration from the Lamborghini Huracan. Some of the crazier elements like the rear vents come from the Apollo Arrow, the most bonkers in styling supercar that must exist to this day. And of course the car had to retain common Audi styling.
